the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent and served on a hot plate. the waiter was friendly and helpful. the manager was extremely friendly.
nice, clean hotel, good location, lovely modern bathroom - would recommend for a short break!
The total inflexible approach of the owner to my needs and his attitude.
The staff was very friendly made myself and my girlfriend feel very welcome. The breakfast was very nice,
The bathroom very small otherwise no problems
We have been to this hotel a few times because we like the service we get and the staff are friendly and make you feel at home. It is far enough outside the town not to be disturbed by the noise of people enjoying themselves but also close enough to walk (takes about 5mins)
Friendly staff. Large room and bed. Lovely breakfast. Tram stop right outside hotel
Noisy road from my back bedroom.. Dirty window and dirty net curtain. Smell of smoke in rooms and corridors. Unpleasant view from my room back window. Large shower but took at least 5 minutes for water to warm up. Ensuite tiny and I am only 5 ft 2 inches and struggled to get to toilet as sink too near toilet.
Very welcoming hosts and a good breakfast. Parking easy.
Water pressure on hot water low on second floor!
Excellent hotel ,Graham and his wife were excellent hosts as was the breakfast waiter Rob, would recommend to all, perfect
Freindly staff excellent location clean and tidy good location good value for money highly recommended
On arrival we were given a warm welcome. The room as requested had a lovely sea view and was clean and welcoming. It is handy for the north promenade and more importantly the Sands venue (also highly recommended) but far enough away from the noise of the revellers not to be disturbed once back and settled for the night. Breakfast was lovely (they do the perfect fried egg not sloppy or hard, unusually spot on) and didnt need o eat again until mid afternoon. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a no hassle break.
Location on the sea front is superb with great views from the lounge. The person working in the dining room for breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was good, The cooked breakfast was hot and there was plenty of tea coffee cereals fruit juices and yoghurts.
The room I was in I was disturbed by creaking floorboards as you could hear the people above walking around constantly, also one night when it rained the water dripped on the windowsill outside all night making it impossible to sleep.
It was close to the Promenad and walking distance to the City center.
It was just a little bit to funny for us. Like the Faulty Tower but with a Manuel who was excellent. Unfortunately, he was only working in the morning.
Very clean and good breakfast.Nice friendly owners and conveniently situated.pleasant small terrace out front facing sea.spacious 4Poster bedroom and lounge area was bright and comfy.
Manager was excellent. Breakfast was great! Location is good, short walk from centre of Blackpool!
Was a bit disappointed that we had to be up for 9:15 or else we'd miss breakfast. We thought that this was very early. Also another minor point was that there wasn't a bar of soap in the bathroom to wash with. There was a Dove handcream clean dispenser however which I guess you could argue is better and to an extent I'd agree but I'd still like a small bar of soap available to wash with.
Very friendly staff. room very clean, with freeview flat screen telly and DVD player, you don't get that everywhere. Excellent breakfasts. Perhaps taking last orders at 0915 everyday is a bit early for weekends. We felt slightly rushed.
It should have been made clear on your website that, if you would prefer the chance of a smoking room (as offered on the website but not guaranteed), then you shouldn't book and therefore commit to the cost of a sea view room. All the smoking rooms appear to be at the back of the hotel as we discovered on arrival. So I ended up paying the cost of a double sea view room for a room with no view, so my wife could smoke.
